We celebrated Sabra's birthday while in Muskegon visiting my parents. At first she said she wanted apple pie, but when we walked past the bakery at Meijer, she saw the cakes and changed her mind! The one she liked the best was too small for all of us, so we also picked up some cupcakes.
She blew out all the candles!
My parents spoil my girls! She got a new dress, new panties, new shoes and sunglasses!
Uncle Jim, Aunt Amy and Madalynn gave her $10 and a card with a crown in it. She is still thinking about what she wants to spend her money on, but she knows she wants to spend it and not save it!
Grandpa and Grandma Carmichael had to cancel their coming over for dinner to celebrate Sabra's and Donalyn's birthdays because of illness but they sent Sabra's present home with Chad a few days later. She got a new dress and some small baking things that she wants to use with playdough.
Grandpa Jerry and Grandma Sherry (our neighbors) sent her two coloring books from Neveda where they spend their winters.
The girls like Grandpa and Grandma Smith's new couch! They were all comfy watching a movie on my parents' new tv.
